Equilibrium Enterprises is a national consulting practice focused on sustainable fund development and donor-centred philanthropy. Our specialties include integrated organisational development, campaigns, planned and annual giving, strategic planning and communications. We design strategic and innovative solutions for each client.

Equilibrium Enterprises is owned and operated by an independent, fundraising management professional. Clients work directly with the CFRE certified owner of the agency; project implementation is not assigned to an inexperienced fundraising technician.

We work with your existing team to instil skills and knowledge so that the organisation is able to continue effectively and efficiently at the end of the project.

As President and owner of a national consulting firm devoted to philanthropic resource development, I bring more than two decades of progressive experience in the charitable sector and six years of experience at the management level in the private sector. This diversified and unique combination of professional experience and qualifications will enable me to provide leadership for your philanthropic and organisational development needs.
